Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Pawsitively Tiffany Services, whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your” “Client”), You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. It’s up to you to review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis to keep Yourself informed of any changes.
EARNINGS, INCOME DISCLAIMER AND TESTIMONIALS
Testimonials, case studies, and examples found at Pawsitively Tiffany are exceptional results, are not representative of the typical purchaser’s experience, don’t apply to the average person and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. If we have disclosed typical results based on information provided to us by reputable third party source, you should presume that the typical results as stated are more reliable than the testimonials and examples found at Pawsitively Tiffany.
We make no assurance that any prior successes or past results as to earnings or income referred to on this site will apply in your situation, nor can any prior successes be used as an indication of your future success or results from using any of the information, content, or strategies on this site. Hours of Operation
Pawsitively Tiffany (“Pawsitively Tiffany”) office is open Monday – Friday 9a.m. -6p.m. CST. We close for all government observed holidays.
Subscription Services
Services, will continue month-to-month unless and until you cancel your service or we terminate it. You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment to use our services. We will bill the monthly service fee to the payment method used when signing up unless updated or changed by subscriber. You must cancel your service before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month’s service fees to your payment method
Subscription Refunds
Our services are month-to-month, we do not provide refunds for services completed for the previous 30 days. You may cancel at any time after the initial THIRTY (30) Days has passed.
Intellectual Property
You agree that Pawsitively Tiffany, including but not limited to Pawsitively Tiffany services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement digital marketing services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Positively Tiffany and or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Pawsitively Tiffany in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Pawsitively Tiffany services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Pawsitively Tiffany. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Pawsitively Tiffany Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Pawsitively Tiffany brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Pawsitively Tiffany and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Pawsitively Tiffany products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the Pawsitively Tiffany brand at any time without notice. In no event will Pawsitively Tiffany be liable for making these changes. Pawsitively Tiffany may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Pawsitively Tiffany services, in any case and without notice or liability.
All copyrights in and to Pawsitively Tiffany (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by Pawsitively Tiffany and or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY Pawsitively Tiffany EXCEPT FOR USE OF Pawsitively Tiffany AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
Pawsitively Tiffany, the Pawsitively Tiffany logo, other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Pawsitively Tiffany are trademarks or registered trademarks of Pawsitively Tiffany in the U.S. and or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, logos used in connection with Positively Tiffany Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
Personal Checks
-All checks are held for 10 business days. Services placed with a check will be held for 10 business days.
-Once 10 business days is complete, the services will be available.
-All returned check will be charged a $25 USD return check fee.
-Counter checks will not be accepted.
-Checks and money orders must be sent in US funds.
Prohibited Uses
As a condition of your use of our websites, you will not use our Websites for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use.
You may not use our Websites in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Pawsitively Tiffany server, or the network(s) connected to any Pawsitively Tiffany company server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of our Websites.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Network of Websites, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Pawsitively Tiffany company server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means.
You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through this website.
